Attorney Evan Denlinger

A Lancaster County native, Evan works with clients to help them achieve their estate planning, business succession, and charitable giving goals.  Evan holds a bachelor degree from Grove City College and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  Evan joined Legacy Law after serving as a Law Clerk for Judge Thomas Sponaugle, of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas; and with State Representative Brett Miller of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

Evan is an attorney coordinator for the Lancaster County Wills for Heroes program (which provides estate planning service for first responders and Veterans) and an active member of the Lancaster Bar Association.  Evan resides in Ephrata with his wife Brittany and their three children, and is active in his church as a Deacon and Committee Chairman at Zeltenreich Reformed Church in New Holland.  At home, Evan enjoys cooking with Brittany, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
